TinyDeposits Terms of Use

Version 1 · draft · 22 October 2026

Draft for Gaurav's approval and a lawyer's check. Anything marked [legal check] needs a lawyer's view before these terms are final.

In one minute

  • TinyDeposits is for your family. Use the activities, plans, worksheets and charts with your own children, and share them with the people who look after them.
  • Please don't copy it for others. Don't sell, republish or reuse our activities, worksheets, charts, articles or design, or build your own product from them.
  • Please don't take the app apart. No reverse-engineering, scraping or trying to get at the code or how plans are made.
  • Your family's information stays yours. We use it only to run TinyDeposits for you, as the privacy notice explains.
  • You're the parent. Our suggestions are ideas, not professional advice. Use your own judgement and keep an eye on your child during activities.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and TinyDeposits (tinydeposits.com), a personal project run from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. TinyDeposits isn't a company: the person responsible for it is named in the privacy notice. By using TinyDeposits you agree to these terms and to how we use information as described in the privacy notice.

TinyDeposits is a free, invite-only pilot. We may change, pause or stop it at any time, and we'll tell you in the app first where we can.

2. Who can use TinyDeposits

3. What you can do

We give you a personal, non-exclusive permission to use TinyDeposits for your own family. This means you can:

4. What you can't do

Unless we've agreed it with you in writing, please don't:

5. Who owns what

Ours: TinyDeposits, including its software, design, logo, name, activity library, plans, worksheets, charts, puzzle sheets and articles, belongs to TinyDeposits and is protected by copyright and other laws. © 2026 TinyDeposits. All rights reserved. Using the app doesn't give you any ownership of it.

Yours: the information you add about your family (your children's profiles, notes, calendar, to-dos and school emails) stays yours. You let us store and use it only to run TinyDeposits for your family, as the privacy notice describes. Delete it whenever you like with Delete my data (School Admin → Settings).

Feedback: if you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve TinyDeposits without owing you anything. Thank you: it's how TinyDeposits gets better.

6. Suggestions, not professional advice

7. If things go wrong

We work hard to keep TinyDeposits running and your data safe, but during the pilot it's provided "as it is", without promises that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for every family. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by relying on suggestions instead of your own judgement. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

[legal check] Confirm the wording on warranties and limits of liability under UAE law (including the Civil Transactions Law and consumer protection rules) for a free service.

8. Ending

You can stop using TinyDeposits and delete your data at any time. If someone breaks these terms, for example by copying content or trying to get at other families' data, we may pause or close their access. Sections 4, 5 and 7 still apply after access ends.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies. Each version has a number and a date at the top.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes go to the courts of Dubai. [legal check] Confirm governing law and courts, and whether families outside the UAE need anything different.
